ESM Farm Equipment Ltd. have joined the Equipment Ontario Family.

On December 15, 2025, Equipment Ontario announced the acquisition of ESM Farm Equipment Ltd & Bob Mark Equipment Sales & Rental bringing together three trusted organizations with a shared commitment to service, expertise, and the communities we serve.

As part of this transition, Equipment Ontario will be operating out of Alliston, Campbellford, Elmira, both Lindsay locations (Little Britain Rd and Golden Mile Rd), Listowel, Mildmay, Napanee, Port Perry and Wallenstein, alongside Advance Construction in Harriston and Waterloo for JCB
